Teams, tools and trades!

TBV's Buildit Challenge engages building companies in friendly competition, partnering them with youth to collaboratively execute a customized, themed project. Through creative thinking, adept problem-solving, and precise measurements, these teams construct projects from scratch, achieving a sense of accomplishment. Importantly, all proceeds are directed towards a charity chosen by the building company, reinforcing the positive impact of their efforts.

Programme Structure

Buildit runs across the school holidays, targeted at youth aged 13-15 years of age. The 2 day challenge puts teams of students together with builders from the region to work on a themed build. The challenge follows these core principles -

Creativity
Problem Solve
Teamwork and Connection
Solution Build

The Final

The final for Buildit will showcase the students creations where a certified auctioneer will auction the projects off, with 100% proceeds going to a charity of the builder and teams choice.
